Silicone, long lasting, waterproof IMPALA eye pencil. The creamy texture ensures rich, saturated color and smooth gliding of the tip on the soft eyelid skin. You can easily achieve eye shadows effect or “smoky eyes” effect by spreading the product with the functional rubber applicator.
